A graduate of San Jose State University, Daniela brings technical skills and creativity to her role in the interior design department. She supports design development through renderings, drafting, material coordination, and more. Working alongside the interiors team, she partners with project managers and architects to bring design concepts to life.

Nancy Alanis

Junior Interior Designer
A graduate of San Diego State University, Nancy has been with WRD since she moved back to the Monterey area in July 2023. She is a valuable asset to the interior design department, sharing her talents in drafting, color selection, and more. Her dedication and attention to detail is evident in each task she completes. In addition to supporting our Lead Interior Designer, Nancy works with our CAD Technicians, Project Managers, and Architects to finish projects of all sizes and scopes.

An experienced CAD Technician, Bryant is a valuable member of the WRD Team. He works closely with our Architects and Project Managers to draft and model buildings of varying sizes and difficulties.
Inspiration: My goal is to infuse the lessons of yesterday with the consciousness of today, in order to mold the experiences of tomorrow.
Casey Jerome

Casey Jerome
Project Manager
Project Manager Casey Jerome brings 20 years of experience to WRD Architects. Working on the Monterey Peninsula for nearly a decade, Casey bolsters the firm’s mixed-use, residential and agricultural project expertise. He is responsible for providing full design services on projects, from identifying clients’ programming needs through construction administration. Prior to joining WRD Architects, Casey successfully managed expansion projects for several large agriculture companies and worked on many Salinas landmarks, including the Taylor Building and Rabobank Stadium.

Alan Hendry

Associate Architect
Licensed for over 30 years, Alan is an accomplished animal shelter architect who has designed a wide range of successful commercial and residential projects. His plans, building code knowledge, attention to detail and construction expertise are outstanding, which have helped clients gain cost and construction efficiencies. Alan managed the firm’s former satellite office in the San Joaquin Valley for nearly a decade and mentors the next generation of design professionals

With over 25 years of experience, Eli develops construction documents from design development to working drawings used to build the space. Eli has been with WRD Architects for five years and specializes in multi-family housing, commercial and healthcare facilities.

Madelynn has been with WRD Architects for over a decade. With her strong organizational and accounting skills, she plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Jim Irwin

With more than 40 years of drafting experience, Jim is a construction document leader supporting the design process from start to finish. He has served WRD Architects for nearly 15 years and his work includes initial site analysis as well as drafting plans and submittal processing.
Inspiration: I enjoy seeing how a project unfolds from its early ideas to final design to the built space.
